After my studies in wealth management, I invested in real estate without any in-depth knowledge of the market or a clear idea of my target. My first investments were two shared-rental buildings with a hybrid model combining long- and short-term rental. These first investments confronted me with numerous challenges and negative returns due to a poorly thought-out model.
Determined to succeed, I studied the algorithms of rental platforms, researched my market, identified a competitive advantage and developed a well-defined real estate strategy. Thanks to these efforts, I turned my initial investments into successes, exceeding my expectations with excellent occupancy rates and better than expected profits. Over the past 2 years, my short-term rental investments have become a stable success, allowing me to be free.
